Q: What is Measure L?
A: Measure L maintains quality education in local schools by increasing our local school funding. Support our math, science, reading, writing programs and 21st century education by voting Yes on L!

Q: Why Yes on L?
A: Yes on L creates ongoing, reliable local school funding with money that cannot be taken by the State. Continuing the funding Measure L provides is essential to retaining quality science teachers for 21st century science education that prepares students for higher education and the workforce. Because of stable local funding, our schools have restored fundamental academic programs, maintaining quality education for our local students.

Q: Why now?
A: Our district receives among the lowest funding in Alameda county, and we cannot rely on the State for the funding our schools need to maintain core academic programs, particularly math, science, reading and writing, and provide hands-on instruction. Measure L provide stable local funding the State cannot take away. Vote Yes on L to secure funding that supports, recruits and retains the highly qualified teachers who maintain quality education in our schools.

Q: How do I know money won’t be wasted?
A: Yes on L includes tough accountability provisions and taxpayer safeguards, including Independent Citizens' Oversight and annual independent audits to ensure all funds are spent as promised. Measure L guarantees all schools benefit. NO money can be spent on administrators’ salaries or pensions.

Q: What will Yes on L fund?
A: Yes on L will fund:

Q: How do I vote Yes on L?
